Training Programs in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy
I. Introductory Program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
The Introductory Program covers theories of unconscious processes, motivation, and adaptation as taught by Freudian psychoanalysis, Ego Psychology, Object Relations theory, Intersubjective perspectives, and the Relational School. Program participants learn to identify and work with unconscious processes during three trimesters of psychoanalytic process groups.
Participants are encouraged to use this experience in their clinical work, and case consultation is
