Nobuko Meaders is President of the Postgraduate Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. A Training Analyst, Supervisor, Faculty Member in the Psychoanalytic Training Program and the Supervisory Training Program.

Once Assistant Director of Training, since 1980ies she was a Training Analyst, Senior Supervisor and Faculty Member of Adult Fellowship Training Program at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health, our predecessor Institute.

In addition to private practice in N. Y. C., she is a Clinical Consultant , conducting case conferences and experiential groups for Psychology Internship Program and Staff Seminars at Pace University, Student Counseling Centers, in NYC and Westchester.

Stewart M. Crane, LCSW is a past president of the Postgraduate Psychoanalytic Society. He was on the teaching and supervising faculty of the Psychoanalytic Institute of the Postgraduate Center. He is currently a supervisor and Training Analyst at The Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy and on that institute's executive board. He maintains a private practice in Manhattan and in Westchester County specializing in the treatment of trauma and addictions.

Dr. Mintzer has also taught at the Institute of the Postgraduate Psychoanalytic Society.

Gwenn A. Nusbaum, LCSW is senior supervisor and faculty of the Group Therapy Program of the Institute of the Postgraduate Psychoanalytic Society. She is on the board of the New York State Society of Clinical Social Work and chairs the Trauma Studies and Treatment Committee. Gwenn has taught extensively and presented internationally on theoretical and treatment issues with traumatized women. Her publications include articles about the value of group therapy with incest survivors, the relationship between sexual traumas, eating disorders and dissociative process, and the developmental need for defiance in women who have been abused. Gwenn received a Gradiva nomination, Pushcart nomination, and Honorary Mention for her poetry and is the author of “Normal War” poems. An Amherst Writers & Artists Affiliate, she is certified to lead workshops employing the AWA method and offers Fountain of Pens Writing Workshops for special populations and those who wish to write.
